Charges After Approval

We only charge patients after their treatment plan has been medically approved by one of our licensed healthcare providers.
You will never be billed before a doctor has reviewed and approved your eligibility for treatment.

Refund Eligibility

Because payment is processed only after medical approval, refund requests are evaluated under the following conditions:

  • You were approved and charged, but the medication could not be dispensed due to a pharmacy or logistic issue.
  • You were charged due to a system error before final confirmation (rare but possible).
  • You were charged for a subscription renewal but did not receive any consultation, medication, or service after the renewal date.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations do not qualify for refunds:

  • If a prescription has already been issued by the doctor.
  • If medication has already been shipped, delivered, or processed by the partner pharmacy.
  • If you fail to complete required medical forms or provide necessary documentation after approval.
  • If you discontinue treatment for personal reasons after services have already been fulfilled.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellations take effect immediately, and you will not be billed for future cycles.
However, past charges for completed or processed services are non-refundable.
